Seaford 1st XI beat Fletching 1st XI
A game best forgotten by Fletching as they crashed to 90 all out.
Seaford won the toss and inserted Fletching. At the top order only Hoadley got into double figures with 20 as all the batsmen struggled with the movement of the ball off of the pitch as well as the accurate bowling. Chris Hartup scored 17 and was joint second highest scorer with extras. Pick of bowlers was Copplestone who picked up 5-21.
In reply Pink smashed 56 including 2 sixes and 8 fours. Chris Hartup eventually had him caught by Terry Lucas but by then it was a matter of how quickly the home side would wrap up the game.
